This research defines, through an extensive literature review, the roles played by victim, bully, peer group, school, family and society in dynamics of bullying. Finally, we conclude that complexity diversity actors should lead us to rethink traditional definitions school bullying, stake out focus projects reconstruct prevention action policies.
